How they've resisted the pressure of their brokers, trainers and associates to Suck it Up and Just Do It in the interest of generating business... if that "it" is something they don't feel comfortable doing.

Jennifer, thank you for allowing me to use your book "Sell With Soul" as my business model for new agents, I have been recruiting agents for the past few months and the first requirement I have is that they read this book, if they like what they read and want to sell "Soulfully" we will continue with the onboarding process, if not, I will gladly introduce them to another office that may be a better fit for them.
