"Internet leads are a waste of time!"
Have you ever said that to yourself? Especially after following up and following up and following up with lead after lead after lead and finding yourself with ... zippo? It's a common topic on on my SWS Forum - "What's the best way to follow-up with an online prospect - email or phone?" "How many times should I follow-up before admitting defeat?" "Should I require registration on my IDX or not?" and of course... "Are Internet leads a waste of time?"
Well, that depends on your approach! Sure, some of them will poof on you, but since they say that most buyers begin their searches online, it only makes sense that a fair number of online leads CAN turn into Real World clients!
But when you "meet" a buyer (or seller) online, inspiring them to want to work with you requires a slightly different strategy from what you'd do when you meet someone face to face, over the phone or via a referral. If you understand the timing and motivation of the online buyer (or seller), you can capture far more of these leads than you might think and turn them into clients.
And... we'll show you how! On Thursday morning, October 28th, my friend Matt Jones, broker, author, technology marketing guru and founder of FavoriteAgent.com will join me in the SWS Virtual Studio for a discussion of turning Online Leads into Real World Clients.
